Situated in a small, sloping olive grove a few metres from a lovely, pebbly beach with crystal clear water, this House is ideal for those who like immediate access to the sea, yet it offers privacy as it is surrounded by trees.

The Apartment consists of a large, comfortable open plan sitting/dining/kitchen area, opening onto a large, shaded veranda which looks straight out to sea.

There is a double bedroom with its own balcony, a twin bedroom, a shower-room/WC, and a settee-bed in the living area. Air conditioning is available.

Last year Mr Vlassis converted the ground floor of his house into two large Apartments for 4, and a Studio for 2.

Each of the 4-bed Apartments has a double bedroom, and two single beds in the large, open plan sitting/dining area. Each has a well-equipped kitchen area, and a superb, modern shower-room/WC. Outside, the two Apartments share a large terrace looking through the olive grove and out to sea, while each also has a second terrace, one looking out to sea, while the other, at the rear of the House, is large and shaded with orange and lemon trees.

The twin-bed Studio is again very comfortable and beautifully equipped. The entrance is via the sea-ward facing veranda of the first Apartment, but the Studio also has its own private sitting out area, down the steps and in the shade of one of the citrus trees. The beach is only metres away.

Please note that the lower floor Apartments and Studio are not available to us during July and August, but for low- and mid-season stays they offer superbly comfortable accommodation at very reasonable prices - and they are only 20 or 30 metres from the beach!
